the stay was excellent. The service from Hotels.com was popor and gave rise to problems checking in. Great location in Piacenza. Key locations, venues all a shoirt walk away. Parking in the area is problematic.

Spacious room with extra space to accommodate a 3rd person if needed. Manager was very friendly and made a lunch reservation for us at a fantastic local restaurant. Highly recommended.

Super room, central location

Central accommodation a few minutes walk from everything in Piacenza. My room was HUGE (very unusual for a solo traveller!) and very comfortable with plenty of seating and contemporary decor. The bathroom was also enormous and full equipped. The staff I met were efficient and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The Appartment is 15mins walk to the train station and it is close to Everything you need. It is perfect for a stay for opera trip. The room is warm and clean. The bed is comfortable and I really e joy the decorations. The check in was a little bit chaos. But it was solved quickly so all In all a very nice stay for my opera trip in Italy.

Not sure what to expect when we arrived. Old building not well indicated. Was buzzed in through big heavy doors. Went up some very worn steps and opened the door to a magnificent hidden gem! Huge room, verry comfortable. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful property. I was visiting family in Piacenza for 6 days and Domus San Martino felt like a home away from home. The manager, Enrico, is friendly, efficient and kind and upgraded me for the second part of my stay to a huge room with a balcony and big bathroom. He was always super responsive to any queries and also suggested an excellent local restaurant and made reservations for us. The room decor in the second room was especially lovely and everything was impeccably clean (thank you Lourdes!) There was a bit of road noise (if you are staying in the front rooms) but it didn’t bother me too much. The location is very central and I was easily able to walk all over the town with regular stops back at my room for a rest / to drop off shopping. All in all, excellent value for the price and I would definitely recommend it.

Unreliable

The only time I saw anyone at the reception was when I checked in. I have now been asking for an invoice for a month and also asked my local colleague to call them. They kept promising but nothing happened. A huge problem for me as the trip was paid with my employer’s credit card.

Nous avons passé 1 nuit a l'hôtel à 4 en famille. L'accueil à l'hotel a été très bon, le cadre et la chambre tres sympa pour nous 4. Le responsable de l'hotel s'est deplacé pour venir nous parler en français et nous a dégoté une tres bonne table un dimanche soir. Super sejour.

駅からは少し歩いたところにありますが、部屋は広くとても清潔でした。ピアチェンツァの中心部にも近く、街を見て回るのにも便利です。少し歩くとイータリーもあり、食品のお土産をじっくり選ぶことができました。オーナーの方も親切で快適な滞在でした。ピアチェンツァを訪れる日本人は少ないと思いますが、中心街でゆっくりと自由な時間を過ごすなら選択肢に入れていいと思います。

Güzel. Tekrar tercih edilebilir.

Temiz ve geniş bir oda İlk girişte kimseyi bulamadık ama telefon açınca birileri geldi. Gece kaloriferler kapandı ve hava çok soğuktu, biraz üşüdük.
