I got really detailed touristic information during the check-in and there was a list of recommendable restaurants around the place. (of course, the listed pizzeria was fantastic)
It also has a 24 hours operating private garage just across the street, so don't have to worry about the parking at the center of Palermo.โ

When we checked in the hostess Daniela took the opportunity to provide us with a map and highlighted key sites to visit and appropriate walking distance, this was extremely useful. We would highly recommend this location for exploring Palermo. โ
โPalazzo Pantaleo made my last day in Sicily best ever. Spacious room, clean towels, comfortable bed and most of all, the owner, Mr. Giuseppe is so caring and detailed. Because we had to leave early in the morning, my wife and I decided to give up the breakfast. But when he came to know that he blamed us for not letting him know. When we leave there were warm coffee in the warmer, croissants and even fruits in the breakfast table prepared for us.
