“This is my second time at the Azoris hotel and probably my last time I will try the different hotel.. next time . my experience Iwas not good. I don’t have AC for two nights . I have to complain to the reception a couple times about AC and one day. I decide to have dinner there. The food not good … my niece show up at the hotel the day I arrived to see me and they ask me if she will stay. I say no they ask me for her ID.”
“We received an exceptionally warm welcome, with helpful staff at the reception and unexpected gift items in the room. Free parking in the basement garage was easy to access, and we were allowed to leave our car for the day after our checkout. Location was as central as it can get, with beautiful views of the Horta harbor.”
