โBefore our stay, I checked previous ratings, and they were all outstanding and we were not disappointed. The hotel is just steps from the beach and nearly all rooms have a great view of the beachline. The hotel is centered near several food hotspots with live music just steps away. Also, a great breakfast spot The Golden Egg is just two miles away.

โThe hotel was convenient to Garden City beach and was pet friendly, overall a good stay. They could do a better job cleaning up the elevators and carpet stains outside the elevator. Turn on the TV with News channel in the breakfast dining room. โ
โMy little family stayed here for our 9 month oldโs first vacation. It was clean, the staff was precious, and the room was very large, easily big enough for a pack and play and a portable rocker. We love Murrellโs Inlet, but this was our first time at this lodge, and Iโm pleased to say we would stay here again in a heartbeat.โ
โThe property is tasteful and Very clean, well appointed rooms, and the pool hot tub area is excellent. The beach access from the pool area is great and is one of the cleanest beaches Iโve seen. The staff was friendly and did not push the vacation club if you arenโt interested. The only draw back is that it lies in the approach zone for the tour helicopters, so they constantly (1 every 30 seconds to minute) fly over the pool area, however you canโt hear them in the room. โOnly complaint would be the girl that greeted me at the front desk when i asked for an early check in said she would call when my room was ready. Of course she didnt. I showed up at 4 and it was clean and waiting. Stayed here many times and enjoy the hotel. โ
