Parking was 22$ Canadian/day and a couple of short blocks away. Gym access was across the street - didn't use. I didn't have the breakfast option and only used the restaurant for a drink @ night. The restaurant was apparently sublet to someone and not actually a part of the hotel although it was off of the lobby. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our comfort room was a nice size. It was quirky in that the sink and bathtub were inside of the room. The shower and toilet had a sliding door. Overall, a pleasant stay, just different. It was located near the base of the Funicular in the Old Port section, I think. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hill is steep.
