"Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated "

The food was okay, not great for the cost with breakfast buffet being mostly cold (as in eggs, bacon, pancakes). "The rooms were functional, but the bathroom and toilet and main door locks all needed renovation. Location was excellent just a short 3min walk to the gondola. Food was above normal for a buffet style approach. Pizza was always amazing. They really pulled out all the stops for New Years eve food, with oysters and fillet steak. All inclusive bar options were very good, with the expected exclusions... Most bar staff were brilliant with just one grumpy guy, who we think was the main bar...
