“Room was excellent. Very few staff spoke English but fortunately we spoke German which seems to be their second language.”

“Staff were very kind and courteous. The spa treatments were great, we got them at the Irma spa and they were lovely. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. The area itself is really beautiful, green and nice to walk around / have a drink. Also there are restaurants nearby in town which are really nice. Overall a nice trip but the other reviews are right that the property itself is dated. First impression on arrival wasn’t great but stay was nice...

“Terrible experience of my trip!!
There was bed bug in the bed.
And air-conditioned pay for 3euro per 1day.
I am checked out earlier than my schedule.
They didn't refund for air-conditioned cost.
I don't understand ”
