Réception exécrable
A notre arrivée, la réceptionniste nous ignore littéralement, passant devant nous. On présente la réservation, elle parle directement en italien alors qu'elle a vu avec notre voiture immatriculée en France. Elle nous fait des signes que non non et non, pas de chambres, pas de réservation !!! Je dis que j'ai payé, elle me demande quand. Bref, je menace d'aller à la police après près de 30mn de son manège. Et là, elle se souvient, passe un coup de fil et me donne une adresse, un autre hôtel. J'y vais et là, il me faut payer ! Colère ?!! Finalement, je n'aurai qu'à payer un supplément car l'hôtel est dans une gamme supérieure. Je ne discute pas car trop énervé !!!
