Apartment is ok. Location is nice. There were five of us who rented the apartment, but the apartment only had equipment for four. The pool and the surrounding area were poorly cleaned. This brings down the overall impression a lot unfortunately.

If I could give zero stars, I would… AVOID

Room was not as described online, 2 single beds instead of a double (states online that the room sleeps 3, but nowhere for a 3rd person to sleep - lucky there was only 2 of us), smell of stale smoke as soon as you enter the room, no toilet roll provided, no towels provided, unclean room and balcony and incredibly run down, states online that parking is 5 euro per night and they expect 10 euro per night when you arrive. We are not fussy people and often sleep in hostels but this is not a 3 star ‘hotel’ - it should be a 1 star!

Positives: -great, large pool -not far from the beach and centro storico -great, cold AC -big showers and big bathrooms -great rooms with views Negatives: -pool chairs are uncomfortable and needed a cushion -check in. If you arrive at 1pm, you are screwed because they are on break until 3pm. You have to sit in the heat and wait. -if you book through Expedia, apparently you aren't guaranteed an apartment with AC. We had to spend our first night sweating the entire night due to not getting a unit with AC. Overall, a good place to stay.

Brutta esperienza, struttura sporca e non curata. Servizi igienici scarsi. Sconsigliatissimo. Peccato quel tipo di struttura ha grandi potenzialità che non vemgono sfruttate.

Premetto che è il terzo anno che soggiorno nella struttura. Quest anno ho trovato l'ascensore guasto già da tempo e non è stato riparato con evidente disagio. L'appartamento standard risultava datato con evidente scarsa manutenzione e poca cura. Il rapporto tra qualità e prezzo non risulta adeguato.

Déception à l'arrivée, l'appartement reservé n'est pas dans la résidence, mais dans un autre bâtiment a 1km. Du coup, bien plus difficile de profiter du bar et de la piscine. il a également été difficile d'avoir un interlocuteur a la réception. enfin l'appart est assez vétuste (bien que propre) et nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude le soir

Pittoreskt och autentiskt lägenhetshotell. Fint poolområde. Bra möjlighet till parkering. Stor terrass m utsikt mot bergen. Inget fräscht ställe - väldigt mögligt duschdraperi, bäddsoffan söndrig, toapapper fick man (först ville de lämna på rummet men efter 2 dagars väntan var vi bestämda att få det i receptionen). Bad om tallrikar o glas men fick ingen respons, sista dagen hittades det gömt i ett skåp bakom en dörr till terrassen. De borde följt med första dagen och visat!

Eine lange Warteschlange vor der Rezeption hätte uns schon stutzig machen sollen… Im ersten Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind um 160 Euro waren die Betten nicht frisch bezogen und der Mülleimer im Bad von Vorgängern noch befüllt, daraufhin bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer diesmal kein eigenes Bett für unser Kind und mit 2 Eingangstüren wovon man eine gar nicht schließen konnte!!! Ein Gast hat auch ein gewisses Bedürfnis nach Sicherheit. Ausstattung war auch mehr schlecht als recht. Ein lärmender Kühlschrank im Schlafzimmer ist auch für das Wohl des Gastes nicht hilfreich.

Gammalt slitet hotell. Vi hade bara en AC i ett av rummen och den fungerade inte vilket gjorde det olidligt att sova. När solen gick upp fick vi åka. Stannade bara en natt. Tennisbanan var i mycket dåligt skick.

Fint beliggende hotel med en rummelig lejlighed i gå afstand til en fin strand, hvor man kan leje solvogne og få adgang til stranden. Men lejligheden var meget slidt. Der var et lille the køkken, men uden meget køkkenudstyr. Der var meget lydt i ejendommen og man kunne tydeligt høre de andre beboere. Fin pool, men med slidte faciliteter eks var der ingen lys eller toiletpapir på de iøvrigt meget beskidte toiletter de 4 dage vi var der

Ottimo villaggio/residence con diversi appartamenti sistemati in diverse palazzine. Tutto funzionale, bella la piscina e l'area ristorante/pizzeria. Comodi i parcheggi interni al costo di 5 euro al giorno.

voir historique de conversation avec l’agent. Sinon il a fallut tout nettoyer la vaisselle a notre arriver car elle etait très sale. Ensuite nous avions seulement une serviette pour la douche et aucune pour mettre a terre sur le béton glacial. la douche est petite avec le rideau qui te colle a la peau et l’eau qui coule partout dans la salle de bain. Les murs son fait en carton. Nous avons entendus des enfants crier de 6h le matin à minuit le soir. Ils frappaient dans les murs et pleuraient sans arrêt. Il a même fallut que j’aille m’acheter des bouchons pour les nuits précédentes. Nous avions très hâte de quitter cette enfer. Pourtant nous sommes pas un couple difficile sur le bruit ni la propreté. JE DÉCONSEILLE. Le prix est exorbitant pour la qualité! Nous sommes dans des hôtels ou Rb&b depuis bientot 3 semaines et c’est de loin un des plus cher et le moin de qualité que nous avons eu.

Lieu à éviter

Le personnel ne parle pas le français. Problème de communication. Aucune explication sur le fonctionnement ou si activité possible… 3 restaurants annoncés, seulement un bar pizzeria. Dommage car paysage super. Aucune insonorisation entre les appartements. Fuite Tuyau de la douche, impossible de se laver sans mettre de l eau de partout. Lamentable
