"La pulizia della camera non era eccezionale al nostro arrivo, e purtroppo basta un pomeriggio di domenica di pioggia per mandare un po' in tilt la situazione. Alle ore 14.40/15 impossibile mangiare nella struttura (ristorante chiuso, minimarket chiuso, bar senza prodotti salati) ed impossibile anche recuperare un ombrello se ne sei sprovvisto. In zona a quell'ora tutto chiuso eccezione del forno 24h ore a 15 minuti a piedi dalla struttura, dove siamo arrivati completamente zuppi. Personale...

"This place is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. The property has gorgeous landscaping all throughout the place. There is an awesome pool and a trampoline. Patio area to chill at and the rooms are in great condition. Set up like an apartment with a full kitchen. "We loved our stay in Verdeluna in Marina Di Pietrasanta. Firstly the service from Rebecca and team was impeccable. A warm welcome every morning at the delicious breakfast (including a different homemade cake every day) to support with local knowledge, bike hire, taxi ordering etc. The rooms were spacious and cleaned to the highest standard everyday. The rooftop pool was incredible with views of the Apuan Alps and the coast. The hotel is a 7 minute walk to the beautiful beaches and the main square where there are a number of restaurants. Bus service from the main road to Pietrasanta, Viareggio, Forte Dei Marmi and Lucca although bike hire is great for the shorter trips."

"Absolutely the Worst Stay of My Life I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. There was no staff present, no one to contact, and it was completely impossible to get assistance when I needed it. The key card they gave me didn’t work, and I was locked out for an entire night—with no one available to help, no phone answering, nothing. When I finally managed to speak to someone the next day, the staff were incredibly rude and completely indifferent to what had happened. They didn’t apologize or try to make it right in any way. It was honestly one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs."
