"Staff were helpful and polite. Room maintenance left something to be desired. One lamp was not working and coffee pods not replaced. Soap dispenser in bathroom empty but that was corrected quickly. Overall a good place to stay but not 5 stars. Convenient for International terminal at AKL."

Beautiful community somewhat reminiscent of Carmel CA but without the noise, glitz and traffic. Parking may be an issue on the weekends when surfer fever hits. Lots of green space, walkable trails, lovely people. We had a great time.
