"This is an excellent place to stay when visiting Oberammergau. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast excellent and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. We stayed here in 2023 and again this past July in 2025. The hotel is conveniently located in Oberammergau and is an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. If we ever return to Oberammergau we would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel is located in a quite small town close to Linderhof palace. It works well as a gateway to Zugspitze in the south and Neuschwanstein in the west. The room is big, clean and modern. The restaurant and the breakfast are excellent. Truly a hidden gem. "

Common area and room was clean and all the employees were very helpful and friendly… and spoke English, which was a plus!! Fantastic German breakfast was included in our room fee.
