"For the price they want, it’s not worth it. Too many in-room problems. Phone didn’t work. No lightbulb in nightstand light. Fireplace cover came off and it took almost an hour to respond. We told the maintenance guy that the phone wasn’t working, and he said he doesn’t do phones. The carpet by jacuzzi was soaked. We later learned that the water problem was repaired before our arrival. The next day we asked about the lightbulb, and was handed one by the same maintenance guy to do it ourselves, but it was not the right size bulb. The FD clerk at C/I, and the manager we lodged our complaints with just didn’t give a damn about us. Manager has no sympathy or empathy whatsoever for the guest thats helping them stay open. Staying at Motel 6 would be an upgrade to this place. They did offer a refund for the next two nights, but by then it was too late, and we couldn’t pack up and leave fast enough. King Luxury room far from luxury. The tv only faced the bed and was above the fireplace. They advertised 42” LED tv with premium channels. Beware….you have to pay for the premium channels separately. Stay far away from this “Inn”."
"Only issues were with wifi which wasnt bad... It's expected, because it's in the middle of the mountains! Its a beautiful place with great staff, and lots of outdoorsy things to do. Ive been here about 10 times over the past 15 years, and its upgraded, but has the same feel. Me and my wife went to the rim which is nearby, woods canyon lake, which had some snow. We walked tonto creek, played big chess, relaxed at thr bar, had breakfast at the diner. Was a great 12 year anniversary. "
"Our room was in poor repair. The central ceiling light chain was missing and during our three days was not repaired. The shower in the tub was weak because of an inability to completely switch water from the tub faucet to the shower head. knobs on cabinets were loose. The pot for the in-room coffee maker was filthy. We had stayed in this hotel a decade or two ago. The office no longer provided morning coffee for guests. The hotel was far better maintained during our earlier stay. We were surprised and disappointed

"I spent three nights at this facility and was happily impressed with the experience. Everything was clean - room, building, parking areas. The whole staff was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to be helpful. There were maintenance crews visible each day, making needed repairs. Everything worked.
Location was convenient for hiking and visits to Sedona and Jerome, each evening I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Breakfast was great, hotel waffle maker, eggs, bacon or sausage, tables quickly cleaned.
Really impressed.
Location was convenient
