“The resort was great, driving on the unpaved road was unexpected, but that area was not one to driving at night. Blue hills and conch shack was great but in a taxi not a rented vehicle. We never saw the restaurant open but there wasn’t many families there so understandable. Renting a car was only way to go. Sea grass was all over the beach but maybe seasonal!? But snorkeling was good several hounded meters down beach. ”

“Place was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was great. My only complaint was location. Not near anything walkable. Definitely need to rent a car to buy groceries or go to eat as taxis are very expensive and no restaurants near by.”

“When we arrived the beach chairs and umbrellas were not there. The ironing board was broken, so was the iron and the hair dryer. The first day we were instructed to go to Grace bay beach, pay to rent chairs and umbrella and we would be reimbursed. When we arrived back to our condo, not only were we reimbursed, but brand new beach chairs, umbrellas, ironing board, iron and hair dryer was purchased and sent to our condo. Thank you Ortega. “Place was amazing! The owners truly know how to make you feel right at home. The Villa’s are well taken care of, and there are many amenities you can take advantage of. We traveled with our family (Family of 4) and we had plenty of room, and were very comfortable. Short drive to the beaches as well - good location. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Turks! ”

“Check in was simple. Received and email the day before trip with check in instructions and directions. The property was well maintained. Enjoyed having the swimming pool and private access to the beach. This side of Grace Bay has less crowds than the east side. If you like being away from all the crowds and having a semi private section of beach, this is the place to stay.”

“I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. ”
