“While this is an older building, the room was well maintained and exceptionally clean. The queen accessible room was a bit small, but very well laid out. Food was good- just standard fare. We really enjoyed at the "towel art "in the bathroom. Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The map of dowtown and the shuttle schedule to Mayo were very helpful. AND, the price was great!”

“We loved this hotel. Close to our family and very clean and new. My only issue is the sink inside the room for kitchen type use was not working. Why in a brand new facility was the sink not working? Everything else was fantastic.”

“Had a very comfortable room. Liked being able to park in a ramp attached to the motel since was there when there was a big thunderstorm and I have a newer car!
