"Another great stay at the Haya! I arrived early for a work trip wanting to relax and explore the area more than I usually can for work. Arrived on Saturday afternoon and Katie at the front desk was super helpful, welcoming and quick! She got me set up with a great courtyard room and I was done in minutes.
There was a DJ at the pool and the bar was set up in the far corner. The pool area was pretty packed but I was able to find a single chair to lay out. Service at the bar at the pool was slow and my drink (vodka diet) ended up being a tequila diet and I just rolled with it not wanting to go back up and wait in line again. Just a heads up they charge a 20% service charge at this bar.
I enjoyed my coffee each morning - I just get the complimentary drip coffee each day. My room was clean and comfortable as usual. Fun fact they don't have ice buckets in the room but you can go downstairs to the bar and they will get you one and fill it up with ice.
Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are supplied in room along with hand wash and lotion.
Breakfast in the cafe is excellent. Great tables in this area too to work.
Valet is quick and easy and I know its pricey at $39/night but it is unlimited in / out service and safer for me traveling alone than trying to find a parking lot and walking back to the hotel at night.
The gym has tons of equipment including free weights which I appreciated and kettlebells!"
