"We loved the hotel but our room was a bit tight, in my opinion. The restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. Plenty of parking behind the hotel, on property. Great location. We had a situation at check in. The keys provided didn't work, the first time and again. But Mehr at the reception, was not only deeply apologetic, but fixed it quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the staff overall. This was our second Rodd in a week and we strongly recommend it."

"Very enjoyable stay. Comfortable beds, spacious room, nice shower. Breakfast was very nice. The massage chair was a nice perk. Only downside, was that it was a bit of a walk to any restaurants."

"Price and convenience. Very close to amenities, and #1, #2 highways. I liked that I could triple lock my door. I didn’t really make use of amenities. One thing I didn’t like was the smoking receptacles by the drive-ups (where I stayed). My door was right next to another door and when I arrived at my room she was standing there smoking by my door and smell lingered when I got into the room. Convenient for smokers, not so much for non-smokers. Maybe there could be a designated smoking area? Also, washcloth for make-up removal looked like it had seen better days."

"The hotel is perfectly located, the free parking was a great benefit. It is a easy walk to the resurants and playhouse. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The lack of elevator made it a bit difficult to get our bags upstairs so be aware if you have mobility issues. When we parked at the back entrance to the conference centre I did notice there was lots of bundled laundry waiting, I assume to be picked up. It was not a huge issue, slightly unsightly."
