“Amazing spot in an awesome location. Safe, clean and everything you need. Walking distance from a lot of cool places.”

“The check-in was a nightmare. The person at the reception desk only hands you a key, but DO NOT COME EARLY. They made me wait until exactly 3 pm, even though I arrived 30 minutes early and the room was ready. I booked the room as a hotel room, not an Airbnb, but I was charged an EXTRA cleaning fee that wasn't disclosed before I booked 7 nights. Also, be careful: there are extra daily fees (I still do not know what those fees are for) on top of the nightly rate on Expedia, which took the room...

“Reservei uma noite para dormir com a minha família pois tínhamos um evento em São Paulo, e tudo funcionou super bem. Tem um sofá cama no quarto que acomodou super bem meus 2 filhos (8 e 3 anos de idade), mais a cama de casal. Tudo funcionou super bem, desde o processo de check in até a limpeza da acomodação. Super recomendo.”

“Funcionários muito educados e prestativos”

“Clean and safe room in a great location. Everything electronic. Like renting from robot. No late check out or luggage storage allowed. No laundry available without a Brazilian CPF .One sauce pan in kitchen. No kitchen amenities like paper towels , salt or bottled water. Not like description in listing. Otherwise OK”

“Good value for money in a nice area. Bathroom had a bad smell from the drains. Otherwise as expected and a nice budget option”
