โWe had a short but fun visit in Dyers house. I wish we could have stayed longer. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
The owners also told us about the Antarctic Center at Christchurch Airport which is definitely worth a visit.โ

โI booked as it was the only motel close to the train station and also offered a free shuttle to the Tranzalpine in the morning. The staff were great, friendly and helpful, the room was very big, clean and well furnished.โ
โWe were so pleasantly surprised by our stay at The Black Horse!! Looks way nicer than the pictures and has such a lovely character. The rooms have all been recently renovated and we even got a sunny window which was nice to read your book in. Also there is a kitchen! So you can totally cook your own meals just like in a hostel. Such value for money!! Would so stay here again, thank you MJ for hosting us :)โ
โVery smooth system for late checking in. Staff are all polite and helpful. Very close to CBD, walking distances from all the attractions and so close to market and restaurants. Highly recommend โ
