O hotel precisa rever suas politicas com seus clientes, principalmente ao clientes que ja retornaram mais de uma vez ao hotel, dar upgrade de categoria é primordial, Precisa de uma melhor limpeza das partes gerais e manutenção, da piscina interna.

Funcionários super simpáticos e prestativos. Destaco que a melhor parte foram os funcionários, todos são muito gentis e solícitos!!! Ficamos em um quarto ( 14) que saia muita fuligem do ar condicionado, roupa de cama e o chão ficaram cheio de fuligem, frigobar todo enferrujado, chuveiro saia água pra todos os lados, fui falar com a recepcionista, e ela prontamente nos mudou de quarto, porém o frigobar do outro quarto tbm estava enferrujado, ar condicionado bem antigo, tá com imagem ruim, achei as instalações dos quartos sem manutenção e com móveis muito mal cuidados, tive a impressão que os piores quartos ficam para quem alugou por outros app. Refeições ok, nada muito extraordinário, almoço e jantar sempre com as mesmas carnes assadas, mesmas sobremesas, mas pelo valor pago foi satisfatório. Já ficamos em outro hotel muito superiores a esse, porém o valor também é superior. Existem outras opções muito melhores, porém muito mais caras!!!

Fiquei um pouco decepcionado com as refeições (pensão completa), onde esperava uma variedade maior pelo valor da diária. Além disso, no último dia de hotel, como a maioria dos hóspedes já tinha ido embora, o hotel reduziu ainda mais as opções de comida. Achei que a relação custo-benefício não compensou.

A equipe é sensacional!! As refeições são muito bem preparadas, só tenho uma recomendação, melhorar a sala de jogos ( colocar um ar condicionado e melhorar as mesas de sinuca)! Mas pretendemos voltar muitas vezes para aproveitar esse lugar maravilhoso!!

Hotel com ótimo custo benefício

O hotel é bem confortável. Bem pertinho do parque. As refeições são muito boas e o atendimento é excelente. Única sugestão é em relação as recreações (adultas) podem melhorar. Infelizmente o recreador era menos simpático e engraçado do que se considera ser. Agora, outro problema lamentável foi o barulho (som alto) no hotel do outro lado da rua (Vila Germânica). Foi decepcionante. Pegamos um quarto Superior Conforto e ficamos de frente para a rua principal, nossa alegria durou pouco. A banca musical do hotel em frente além de ser muito ruim foi extremamente desrespeitosa, fazendo barulho até tarde. Sei q não é uma reclamação direta ao hotel que fiquei hospedado, mas deveriam ter um tipo de conversa ou Ouvidoria junto a prefeitura.
