Perfectly located east of the Duomo Area. Check-In and -Out was a cinch, via message and emails, having received perfectly clear instructions. The room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning and had a "private" separate bathroom for ourselves. Highly recommended.

Very dated wobbly bed but was comfortable ,repair marks in room with pipes and wires showing didn’t realise the bathroom wouldn’t be in our room and had to walk along the hallway to use😱 Best thing about it was the cup of tea in the morning and a couple minutes walk to leaning tower

Bâtisse très ancienne à deux pas (5 minutes à pieds) de la tour de Pise. Proximité des commerces et calme absolu pour la nuit. Un jardin avec bancs et une terrasse couverte très tranquille . Bref un bel endroit ou l'on peut également garer sa voiture.

Frescoes on ceiling!

This is a beautiful "palazzo" from the late 1800, pristine, if a little worn out. It has parking in the middle Pisa. Owners are very courteous and efficient. They don't live on the property, so you need to be a little better organized than I was about communication.

Disappointing

I have been disappointed for three reasons: (1) Internet does not work. Sometimes it does (and it is slow) and sometimes it does not at all. (2) at checking I arrived and nobody was there (may be excepted since it is a B&B place...), I called and the person said he would be there "immediately". After 12 minutes in the very hot weather I called another number and the owner replied implying that that behavior was ok. He even told me "if you do not like it you can pick another place"...(3) I got the single room, that is very nice, however it was advertised as 20 square meters, i.e., very large, and that's the reason why I picked it. However once I arrived I saw a much smaller room, may be around 12 sqm. I let them know but the answer was the same. "That's the way it is". I asked an upgrade but they wanted double money. Besides that the room was very nice (with a very old spring mattress), the location is excellent and the building is very nice. People serving breakfast are super nice.

Das B&B liegt ideal für eine Besichtigung der Sehenswürdigkeiten von Pisa - genau zwischen Piazza dei Miracolia und Piazza dei Cavalieri, jeweils nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Wir konnten unser Auto um 8 EUR sicher im Innenhof parken - auch noch nach dem Auschecken. Das Service war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, das Frühstück entspricht italienischem Standard (ist also nicht atemberaubend, aber ok). Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Gorgeous little Palazzo in the heart of Pisa

Gorgeous little Palazzo in the heart of Pisa. Nice staff, few private parking spaces (which cost EUR 8.-/night and not EUR 5.- as written on hotels.com). The room was big and had view on the garden and our car. Nice little terrace to have a drink and chill. Only big inconvenients were 1. the breakfast (worst we had in the whole italy, no fresh fruits other than bananas, only toast and creamy cheese or marmelade, only a very few slices of 2 type of meat, 2 types of sugary cereals, that's it.) Prob number 2 was that the wifi wasn't working in our room. I complained but the member of staff wouldn't believe me (it was working in the rest of the hotel, just not in the room). As we were staying just one night, I didn't complain any further. Yet I would totally recommend booking that hotel since it was so well located and so gorgeous.

Hübsches Hotel in optimaler Lage!

Das Hotel ist optimal gelegen. Sowohl die Altstadt als auch die Piazza dei Miracoli mit dem Schiefen Turm, dem Dom, dem Camposanto sowie die Synopien liegen nur 3 min Fußweg entfernt. Unschlagbar!

The hotel is walking distance from the leaning tower and in the middle of the city. You don't need a car there. Check in ends at 22:00. I had arrived at 21:00 but there was no one in the whole hotel and the door was closed. I called the owner who sent his grandson 30 minute After!!!

Location dal gusto toscano-retrò

Gentilissimo il signore padrone della struttura, disponibile e dalla chiacchiera piacevole (sarà per la condivisione dei 20 anni in terra sarda?). La struttura è in posizione strategica, in pieno centro storico la piazza dei miracoli e piazza cavalieri, a 10 minuti dal lung'Arno. La camera era un gioiello di antiquariato, un gioiello ben tenuto e ben curato, con la volta decorata da dipinti, così come la sala per la colazione. Unica pecca da riportare: impazienza e scortesia della donna di servizio, col suo incessante bussare ogni 2 minuti per ben 17 di nostro ritardo (check out 10.00).
