Dear Customer, Thanks for your review. We always make treasure of our customers' opinions. I'm afraid but the client who book with us should be aware our reception closes at 6pm (and so it's well shown on our infos). By the way before the arrival we always keep on touch with the client and give to them our codes to get in independently in case the check-in cannot be done during reception opening times. So we did in this case and in the document sent there was the code, the apartment number and an emergency number (which did not ring) to which we always answer. I tried to reach you many times to the phone you insert in the reservation (but there was a 7 missing and I couldn’t reach you out). After that, I wrote twice on Expedia chat and on gmail before getting an answer. It is strange to receive a refund request and also a negative review: we have given to you the instructions to stay with us. Kind Regards, Valerio Beverly Park Residence

Ci scusiamo per il disservizio. Purtroppo il condizionatore era stato acceso e l'appartamento quando la reception ha chiuso era caldo e l'a/c funzionante. Abbiamo provveduto al più presto con una stufa potente. Chiediamo una cc a garanzia a tutti i nostri ospiti: questo viene riportato correttamente nelle condizioni di prenotazione alla voce "Informazioni importanti sulla prenotazione": "I seguenti importi andranno pagati presso la struttura: Cauzione per danni: EUR 150.00 a soggiorno". Cauzione ad ogni modo completamente rimborsabile al check-out previo controllo dell’appartamento. Noi per primi vogliamo la massima trasparenza. Cordiali saluti

Dear Mr./Ms. , Thank you for your review, it is very important to us. First of all regarding hot water / AC we didn't have any report during your stay and it is difficult to solve troubles if we are not aware of them. About the deposit we are obliged to ask for it since few guests left the apartments in awful conditions. As it is just a deposit you had it back at the end of your stay, am I right? Anyway we are sorry about the issues you mentioned and we hope next time you will talk to us to let us fix AC/hot water or give us the chance to change your apartment.
