"This hotel is perfectly situated next to Pistoia town, half way between Pisa and Florence and a perfect quiet calm stop between the two. Sadly the pool was not working the day we were there which was a disappointment but apart from that the service was excellent and the team were lovely and friendly."

"Amazing staff was so helpful - I wanted to go to the zoo just nearby but the road is a very heavy traffic and no footwalk so the two girls was so nice to drive me there and pick me up when I was done with the zoo ❤️❤️❤️ Regarding staying there it must be nice in the summer when the pool is open - because it is I the middle of nowhere and not a lot to do "

There are sitting rooms, we used one each night and had it all to ourselves. Breakfast simple but everything you would expect for a continental breakfast. "The room itself was perfect for a short stay. It was slightly dated and could do with an update. A few small maintenance issues that didn’t bother us but might bother some (e.g lights not working/ wobbly toilet seat). For the price we paid we thought it was fair and we really enjoyed our trip out to Montecatini Alto. The pool, building and views were incredible. As a couple it was a bit noisy for us and is more geared towards families. Overall a solid place to stay. "
