Had a wonderful time in Pistoia. The hotel was perfect and the room very comfortable and practical. The staff is extremely helpful and helps with tips what to do in the area. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic hotel! Definite must if in Pistoia! Rooms are really nice, they are loud if you keep the window open there’s a lot of people walking down that street all hours of the night. But with the window closed it’s great!

Great hotel, in great location!

This is a very well run boutique hotel in an excellent location in central Pistoia. The staff was very welcoming and professional, the room was very comfortable and very clean. And the breakfast was delicious and extensive. Grazie mille tutti!

This property was stunning. Our daughter said it is her cottage core style with flair brought to life. The suite was beautiful. The living room was made up to be a second bedroom and there were 2 full bathrooms. I have mobility issues but the room we were in was perfect for that. There was even a roll-in shower. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Classy beautiful boutique hotel with very tasteful decor. Looks like it was recently renovated. Standard double room was decent size. Very friendly/helpful staff. Fantastic location - steps to many restaurants, especially around Piazza della Sala. Fairly easy 13 mins walk to Pistoia train station.

I thought this was an excellent boutique hotel, Everything was high spec, staff very friendly and helpful, in particular the manager. Breakfast though was ordinary, typically Italian. Good location, in the centre plenty of restaurants nearby. Recommended.

We stayed here for three nights. The place is beautiful , the room was big, the housekeeper entered it every day for cleaning. We parked for free in front of the hotel. Breakfast was also delicious, and all the staff was very kindly. And also, a fog friendly hotel (we did not pay extra for the dog). We can only recommend it

The hotel is perfectly located to discover the city of Pistoia. A lot of good restaurants are in walking distance. And Pistoia is not as crowded by tourists as other cities in Tuscony. You will be part of the normal life. Florence can easily be reached by train in 45 minutes. Other cities like Siena or San Gimignano by car. The hotel is in very good condition. Our room was perfect, clean and comfortable. The reception welcomes you and gives all information you need. You are guided to the parking lot of you arrive by car. All assistance you might need is provided. Breakfast is OK. But just 10 meters beside the hotel, there is a very good pasticceria that serves breakfast at a very reasonable price in a cosy place. All in all, for us this hotel is the best choice to discover Tuscony from Pistoia.
