Mancava frutta...

“Didn’t have any problems at all and would stay there again”

“These guys were awesome, travelled with two kids (10 and 12).. and a dog. Place was super, staff were great. All I can say is WOW ...You rock! Made our month long trip...end in elegant beuty and fun in the pool! Thanks Tomasso and Francesca !”

“Beautifully kept, pool was great. Rooms are spacious and nice. Restaurant, breakfast and dinner was great.”

“Loved the beautiful room and the attentive staff, the location is close to the Monticontini Centrale train and the town center . Did not use the pool but the area looked wonderful . FYI they charge a small fee to use pool towels . Breakfast was good , large selection of hot and cold foods.”

“Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work in our room, so we were moved to another room. That one has an ant infestation. The next room we were given smelled like smokers. The only room left was clean but the a/c didn’t not blow cold air at all. Could not sleep because of temperature. Staff at desk was trying to be helpful.”

“The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the pool was limited but decent and the breakfast was good.”

“Clean Rooms however there was no iron, no kettle to make coffee/tea the other hotels we stayed in had those amenities, The front desk was helpful but the ladies at the breakfast station were not, I guess that was because we were Americans mind you it was 8 of us and I saw personally how they treated their own people and refused to give us a cappuccino. I enjoyed their Beautiful country of Italy but when I pay my money I expect good service.”

“We stayed in a lovely room and enjoyed an incredible breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay in beautiful Pistoia at Dimora Storica Palazzo Puccini.”

“Sooo lovely!!!”

“Hello, I’m contacting Expedia because I need assistance resolving an issue with my recent reservation. My reservation was for September 24–27 for 2 guests. I arrived at approximately 2:00 AM on September 25 and had an issue with parking/check-in. I showed the staff member my Expedia confirmation on my phone, which clearly showed the reservation information, including that it was for 2 guests. I asked the staff member where I was supposed to park, but I was not properly assisted. There was an...

Ingen...
