“They were very kind and helpful to get where I needed to be.”

“The hotel was good. The room was big and comfortable. Hot shower and well located very close to the train station, shops and restaurants. The only negative thing was the noise from outside but maybe there’s no escape being in that area - the train passes in front of the hotel.”

“Nos dieron una habitación aparentemente adecuada. Nos dormimos muy cansados y descubrimos a media noche que simplemente la luz de las lamparas exteriores alumbraba TOTALMENTE la habitación. No había ni parcialmente oscuras era totalmente iluminada como con lámparas. IMPOSiBLE DORMIR. A las dos de la mañana solicitamos cambio de habitación dejando a nuestros dos hijos dormidos. Nos dieron otra habitación que olía espantosamente a humedad. Me tuve que regresar al cuarto con luz. Difícil descansar.”

“Location of this property was excellent. Unfortunately the water system wasn’t working properly. We never had a hot shower. We always had to wait for showers and was just warm. Owner was friendly and tried adjusting temperatures but it didn’t work. We stayed 3 days and never had the room cleaned or towels changed but it was cheep”

“Beautiful view from the lobby and cafe. The staff is friendly and attentive. The room was cool but had a heater to warm up the nights. The staff will give you a bag lunch if you are going to wake up early for an excursion. One big Warning, the walk back up from the main plaza is very difficult. We did it most days but took a short uber ride back others. So if you have mobility issues or are not good form.. I do not recommend this place, otherwise it’s a good spot. ”

“숙박시설은 사진과 너무 달랐고 방의 유리창 조차 다치지 않았으며 우리는 그 방에 아무도 들어가길 원하지 않았지만 그곳의 직원이 몰래 들어 가다가 우리에게 들긴 적도 있었으며, 그 이후 함께 갔던 친구의 점퍼가 사라졌지만 그곳의 호스트는 전혀 신경 쓰지도 않았어요. 우린 결국 경찰도 불렀지만. 그녀는 그 경찰에게 조차 제대로 된 협조를 하지 않았어요. 나는 누구도 그 호스텔에 가지 않았으면 좋겠어요. 마추피추의 즐거웠던 여행을 망친 곳이라 매우 불쾌 했어요.”

“While the Location it’s amazing and the surrounding area, the fact that it is on the main strip is super the property itself lacks a lot of attention the lack of flowable running water hot water at that is very minimum you ask for help and they expect you to be OK with lukewarm water in freezing temperature. “The staff was very friendly when we checked in, even though we made the reservation only two hours beforehand. They took our IDs to register us, and two days later, when we left at 5 a.m., they came out to see us off without us even having to call them, which we appreciated since we didn't want to inconvenience them so early in the morning. They said goodbye anyway. Something that could be improved is the breakfast. Thank you.”
