"The room was groos ,, they put us in the Getto with no heat except for a plug in heater The curtain s were had big rip in them and dirty.. The hot water in the shower wouldn't get hot , but the bath room sink was very hot Had to put hot water from the sink into the bathtub to heat the c water ... Horrible !! Especially after coming in from a late flight ."

"Clean room. I had a corner room (828) with a nice view. Can hear every train though. But the convenience of the train is worth it. At least it shuts down at night. Comfy bed. Nice selection of pillows. "

"Great location. Staff were very courteous. We had a slight mix up with our bags but this was fixed very quickly and the staff were very helpful. They got us into a room before regular check in times appreciated after travelling all night. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good. The room was spacious and well equipped. "
