The heating unit was broken in our room which made for a cold night sleeping in hoodies. They told us to just turn the unit off and back on and let it run for 15 minutes but turns out they had to replace the entire unit the next day. Room had done visible damage like a mirror being ripped off the bathroom door and an outlet left hanging by the bed. Staff was very nice, Barbie was very welcoming. I wouldn’t call what they serve breakfast. It was coffee, bagged pastries, old fruit, and some yogurt in a mini fridge.

This place is almost perfect….

The Lobby and Rooms are surprisingly very clean. However the parking lot is filled with cigarette butts and fast food trash bags. The carpets in the hallway and floor on the elevator are stained and could use a good carpet shampoo.

LOVED THE ROOM, VERY SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE! WAS GLAD I BROUGHT MY OWN BREAKFAST BECAUSE THE GRAB AND GO WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY FOR THE 3 NIGHTS WE STAYED, ONLY THING AVAILABLE WAS COFFEE! WOULD HAVE LOVED A COFFEE MAKER IN MY ROOM! FRONT DESK STAFF COULD BE A LITTLE MORE ATTENTIVE! OVERALL HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!

Nice Place

I like the hotel, and the size and comfort of the room was very good. I had a problem with the fact they called them self an extended stay hotel but were unable to provide me with basic utensils (cups, glasses, coffee pot, ect.) for a long stay at a hotel. This is a good hotel to stay at but not for an extended period of time.
