This was a decent place for us to stay while we were visiting the Berkshires, Mount Greylock, and Stockbridge. The hotel was clean and functional and the staff friendly. My only criticism was that the temperature of the shower water was too cold, and even after asking this to be fixed, it just wasn't adequate.

We had an excellent stay here. Everybody was very friendly and felt very welcoming. It was shocking to see how clean the room and facilities were the price is excellent. The only downside is the parking garage being out of commission and having to walk to the TD Bank for parking. Would definitely stay here again!!

The hotel is very nice and updated. The hotel room smelled wonderful. Parking was kinda a pain. The parking garage was being used. Maybe they are redoing it. So you had to park in a parking lot around the corner which was a pain. But I would definitely stay here again

Older property, with a friendly staff, and the room was large and clean, but the parking area was closed (looked like it needs extensive repair), so if you come in after the valet shuts down, you have to walk a bit to get to your car.

The staff was friendly, room was clean, nice bar, however there is absolutely no parking because ithe garage was closed , and the hot tub was not working, it hasn’t been working for months
