We greatly enjoyed our weekend at the Hotel. The lobby decor and welcoming staff got us off on the right foot. 👌Our room was spacious and clean. The gift shop had some great finds, and the restaurant featured great food and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to the Berkshires!

Hotel with Character & A Great Steakhouse

This hotel has a lot more character than chain places on the highway, and parking was easy in the lot behind the hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient, the rooms were large and well-decorated, and the restaurant on the ground floor was top-notch.

Outstanding team, interesting rooms, nicely appointed and very clean. There was a little street noise (our room faced the road) but only in the morning. The adjacent restaurant was disappointing—-has aspirations but didn’t deliver, unfortunately. But I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Clean room nice property great location if you want to be center of all Berkshire activities 20-30 minutes from most things to do. It is in the downtown area and can be loud at night with cars etc. Pittsfield has a small city vibe a little depressed but seems to be a nice city with neat artictecture.
