“Its a 3star hotel that does not pretend to be anything else. Room was basic. A bit short staffed so the reception person was doing multiple jobs. Decor is dated but gives it character. There was no shower gel in the shower but the staff went out of their way to help and got me some. Really great service from staff, they all try and ensure that the guests are looked after. Great location. I would definitely return. ”

“Parcheggiata l'auto alla partenza delle funivia si prende la strada forestale ed in un oretta si arriva al rifugio .Lo spettacolo dato dalla Palla Bianca innevata è impagabile . Personale gentilissimo . Camera spaziosa e bagno piccolo ma funzionale, ricordiamoci che siamo in un rifugio. Colazione ok , mi aspettavo qualcosina in più dalla cena , ma comunque il giudizio è assolutamente positivo, ci tornerò la prossima estate...anzi forse quest'inverno la Palla Bianca aspetta....”

“Great stay and super service that exceeded our expectations. Greeted by the owners every day and felt well taken care of (custom eggs made for breakfast that were not announced, warm bread, nice cheeses beyond the expected). Location is actually very nice if you have a car and want to ski both in St Anton and Ladis (and Ischgl, but we did not do that). Probably not ideal without a car even if there is a free shuttle bus. Basic rooms, but super clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. Will...
