"It was an amazing stay. One front desk person extra great. He gave us information and booked a taxi for us when leaving. Unfortunately i cannot remember his name, but he was there every morning. Everyone was great."

The cleaning crew is also very nice and do a very good job of keeping the place clean. The area around the hotel is very safe- it is close to transportation and also offers a variety of shopping and food options. My only issue was that the AC in my room was broken, but the staff did provide me a fan that got the job done. Overall I had an amazing experience and highly recommend this hotel! "
"My fifth stay at The Peninsula Paris, I love everything about it. The building, the warmth of the rooms, the quality of the food, and especially the friendly and helpful service of the staff. The gym is spacious and modern. My partner loved the spa treatments. For my birthday we arrived at the room after dinner to find they had decorated the bathroom with candles and rose petals and had drawn a bath topped with rose petals. Spectacular!"
