“What a cozy and well-located room in Placencia. Our cabana was right on the beach. The busy and fun bar next door had music playing till midnight, but for us, that was great -- just made it more like beach living. The rooms are in great condition and the staff is wonderful. Santiago keeps the beach and room area in perfect shape and is very attentive. We felt at home, and we could walk the Placencia sidewalk for coffee, breakfast, and night life at all times. “Perfect location, their is a supermarket just next door. The saff is very helpfull and friendly. The only thing I would add is a place to unpack your clothes. The property has no storing nor hangers for your clothes. In the bathroom there are no towel hooks which could be nice to have. The toiletries could have more comfortable dispensers and not just small wooden cups”

“This was a fantastic condo. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south. These folks get 6 of 5...
