"We had great 3 night post cruise stay. Staff was amazing, very hospitable. Housekeeping lady was so kind, sweet and very good detailed- our room looked amazing. Breakfast and bar team, were very friendly as well. Young lady at check in ( sorry forgot her name) assisted with luggage storage, return of my mobility scooter and had our room ready before actual check in time. Wonderful team!!! Kudos!!!"

"The place was lovely, and the room was very nice. The had a great little restaurant and bar downstairs, we were able to get a nice little dinner after a long day of traveling. The service was great. The thing I didn’t like was we booked a king room and was charged an additional 10 euros for a king room. We showed the desk attendant our booking reservation but was told yes it was a king room but with twin beds. I really just wanted to go to the room after travel for a full day. Also it states free shuttle from airport but nowhere when booking does it not say it is NOT offered between the hours of 10:30am to 6:15pm. So that is a bit misleading."

"Check in was a disaster the self check kiosk did not work after trying multiple times and i also had two wait in a very long line to use it then after i didn’t work i headed over to the customer service desk the employees were very rude and disrespectful and kept on asking personal questions and took very long to check me in and hand me the room keys and they were also saying stuff to each other in there language which i didn’t understand but i presume it was racism and swearing towards us. The room was ok everything was clean accept for the shower it did not work properly and splashed water everywhere and made a mess when showering. Overall us was very disappointed with the staff and the lack of communication from the staff would not recommend !!! 😠"

"The room we got had vinyl flooring removed, dust in ceilings, bathroom leak, duvets with no sheets on them. The safe was broken. Reaĺly dodgy room and dirty room. The hotel staff were helpful and location was good. But for what I paid the room was one of the worst. Felt like a motel."
