“Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects. Also, when you stay at an all inclusive resort it can tend to have mediocre food. That was not the case with this property.
