Pedimos solución pero solo nos ofrecieron limpiar cuando ya estábamos instalados...el resto de peticiones ni caso en 5 días. Hamacas de la piscina escasas en numero y la mayoria rotas."

"Food options were good, themed evenings. Lots of fruit. Bedroom and balcony overlooked the pool, which was lovely. The hotel bus shuttle is very useful. Pool areas were good, we particularly enjoyed the family pool. Plenty of sun beds in the morning when we went. We did two Barcelo experience trips which were fantastic.
