“호텔스닷컴을 통하여 예약한 내역이 호텔에 전달되지 않아 체크인시 약간의 불편함이 있었으나 직원이 친절하게 응대하여 주고 예약내역 확인 전 먼저 체크인 할 수 있도록 도와줌. 하프보드였으나 늦은 체크인으로 저녁식사를 할 수 없었던 우리에게 간단한 샐러드와 과일 등 룸서비스를 제공해주었음. 아이들 놀이터 바로 옆 방으로 안내해 주어 아이들이 숙박기간 동안 편안하고 안전하게 놀 수 있었음. 욕실에 욕조가 없어 아쉬우나 크게 불편한 수준은 아님. 저녁 뷔페는 종류가 많지는 않으나 음식맛이 좋음. 해변과 동물원이 가까운 위치로 전반적으로 만족.”
