“The staff were all very kind happy and welcoming. Excellent facilities in the apartment. Very spacious outdoor areas sec9nd pool area was a surprise thought there was only 1 and so very quiet. ”

“A nice apartment in a good location, but it lets itself down with the lack of available sunbeds - mainly because of the usual selfish 'hoggers' that leave a towel on them even when they're not using them. There seems to be no attempt by the management to stop this. A photo (9.30am) is attached of 14 sunbeds 'reserved' but with nobody on them, or in the pool. ”

“This was a lovely hotel, extremely clean, good lifts, staff friendly and helpful, just across the road from the beach, a few good restaurants close by. I would be happy to stay here as a lone traveller as it appeared to be very safe. We used hotel for one overnight stay as we were flying back next day. It is literally 10 - 12 mins from airport. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in Arracife.”

“Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Each night was a good night's sleep. We were in a room with the sea view although the garden view would also be very pleasant. We would recommend going half board, the buffet dinners were delicious and well cooked. Quality of food and ingredients were excellent and included local fruits and other produce which we liked. Staff were always polite and ready on hand with useful information of what to do and see around the island. We played pickle...

“Hébergement très spacieux, je déplore juste avoiyeu un logement pour PMR du coup tout était particulièrement bas dans la cuisine. Sinon la résidence est superbe dans le style canarien,bien entretenue, le personnel est agréable et le parking un vrai plus ”
