Superó nuestras expectativas con creces!

Todo maravilloso, el hotelito, muy familiar y con una chica de recepción que es un CIELO! Los desayunos muy buenos, la cama enorme y muy cómoda, la ubicación perfecta, en una calle privada, tranquilita pero bastante cerca de la Quinta Avenida y de unas playas maravillosas. Si vuelvo a Playa, vuelvo a Casa Blanca!

There are many stairs to get to each floor and no air conditioning in common areas. There is no table in the room and no pool on site. The sheets were very scratchy and there is no blanket only a sheet to cover you.

Nice property, nice room, great staff, great breakfast, great area. All rooms are second floor or higher with no elevator. Consider this if older or have physical limitations.

C'est proche du centre-ville, sécuritaire, tranquille et à 2 minutes à pied de la mer. Nous avons eu un très bel accueil et le déjeuner est parfait. On peut même se faire à manger. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Muy lindo lugar, cómodo y limpio. Esta en un lugar muy seguro con vigilancia y cerca de todo el Playa de Carmen, a 5 min del ferry hacia Cozumel. Un trato muy hospitalario y amable, excelente desayuno y facilidades.

Esta muy cerca del ferry que te lleva a cozumel, la central de autobuses ADO, la quinta avenida ... el area es muy segura tienen los cuartos muy limpios y el aire acondicionado es excelente .... en las mañanas de 8:00 am-11:00 am te preparan desayuno tipo bufette ... huevito revuelto, salchichas, fruta, cereal, cafe, jugo algo muy practico para comenzar el dia.. . . Te dejan usar sus instalaciones .. microondas su comedor, su refri, su estufa para tu conveniencia.... todos son muuuy amables y estan al pendiente que no te haga falta nada en todo momento los precios son mas que accesesibles por la zona y las amenidades definitivamente regresaria .... El lugar es como si estuvieras en casa ... el lugar no tiene television en tu cuarto ni tampoco tiene alberca pero nosotros nos hospedamos ahi porque ivamos a hacer tours practicamente solo llegabamos a descansar..... muchas Gracias por todo desde recepcion, las personas que cocinan, las que limpian los cuartos.... a todos mil gracias😍😍😍😍

Malísimo. Hay bichos en la habitación

había escorpiones en la habitación. El servicio de staff es malísimo. Las chicas son mal humoradas a punto de no contestar tu buen día. La cama no es para nada cómoda. Los muebles son viejos (nada que ver con las fotos). Todo el tiempo te están pasando info distinta. Hice la reserva por la pagina de hoteles.com y eligi la opción de pagar online, después recibí un mail diciendo que me iban a cobrar en el hotel, al llegar en el hotel, me encontré con la sorpresa de un valor distinto al acordado, para no causar inconvenientes, hablé con la chica que no hizo el checkin que nos ofreció la opción de pagar con tarjeta o en moneda local, indicando una casa de cambio cerca. Decidimos pagar con tarjeta, y al volver a la recepción, la chica que nos atendió ya no estaba más y su reemplazo cobró otro monto distinto, diciendo que el monto anterior ya no estaba disponible y que la chica se había equivocado. Para no perder mas tiempo, decidimos pagar con tarjeta y en el momento de pasar la tarjeta, veo que la chica cambia el valor nuevamente, diciendo que con tarjeta hay que pagar 5% más. No vale lo que cobran. Hay otros hoteles muchísimo mejores que este. El desayuno es bien comun.

Everything was wonderful about this experience. The service was excellent. The only thing to mention is the parking situation. It is a lovely security gated area, but there very limited designated parking for guests. The overflow is instructed to park in the public parking lot across the street, but it was full when we were there... Otherwise, all was very good. Location was great!

Tolle Lage; sehr freundliche, engagierte Mitarbeiterin, die ein leckeres Frühstück bereitet und gute Laune verbreitet. Saubere, komfortable Zimmer mit Balkon, tägliche Reinigung auf Wunsch, zusätzlich Trinkwasser zum abfüllen erhältlich, um Plastikmüll zu vermeiden, Küche zur Benutzung frei gestellt.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, ideale Lage, da kurze Wege zum Busbahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand. Etwas laut durch Strasse, aber wenig Verkehr, sehr ruhige Lage im Vergleich zur Fith Avenue, Aussicht ins Grüne. Gutes Frühstück (Müsli, Rührei, Schinken, Käse, Toast) Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, Personal freundlich.

Lovely bed and breakfast. Clean, comfortable and very central! the location was excellent. the only not so good part was that the internet wasn't working in the rooms. so we had to hang out in the lobby to be able to connect. but other than that it was a great place to stay for the price.
