Concierge was so friendly efficient and helpful.
Full of recommendations for excellent restaurants.
We were upgraded unexpectedly but know if we had not been we would have been equally delighted.
The building is beautiful and full of history, the bed and bedding were exceptionally comfortable.

โGood accommodation with plenty of unexpected facilities, including small kitchen area and some complementary food.
I thought that I had booked a room with two separate beds and was not happy to be told on arrival that it had a double bed. However, it was actually a triple room with an excellent sofa bed.
Pleased to have a bidet and umbrellas to borrow when we went out for breakfast in the rain the next morning.
