"We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is simple but enjoyable, with fresh fruits. The room (Sol1) had a beautiful view and was comfortable. The location is great, but be prepared for steep hills — some Uber drivers had difficulty reaching the hotel. Cleanliness was okay in the room, but the bathroom needs improvement. There were mold spots in the bathtub and the shower curtains were dirty at the bottom and with mold. Overall, a good stay with great staff and views, but cleanliness could be better."

"No flexibility from staff, they treat everyone as if they are criminals!!!"

"The room was great. I stayed in the loft suite that has a bedroom downstairs and one upstairs. I have stayed in this suite before and I would highly recommend it. This hotel is right on the Malecon and they have closed the road to traffic so you literally can start walking without any issues with cars. This hotel is a short walk to the beach and they have recently added a rooftop pool. I would stay here again. "

"Fabulous well appointed suite, with cooking facility. Ac was wonderful after a hot day out. Staff was very accomodating. Access to filtered water and coffee in general area. Great restaurant, Whiskey Kitchen on site with yummy margaritas and great food. Definitely be back for another stay."

"We had a really great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. The location is excellent—just over a very walkable bridge to Zona Romántica, which made it easy to explore while still enjoying a slightly quieter setting. The staff truly stood out: warm, friendly, and always going out of their way to help with anything we needed. The cooked-to-order breakfasts were another highlight—fresh, delicious, and a perfect way to start the day. Our room had a beautiful view over Centro, including the iconic church, which added a special touch to the experience. All in all, a fantastic stay in a great location with exceptional service."
