"The hotel was nice, perfect location beachfront, the staff were amazing the only complaint was the room were so outdated! We were on the 3rd floor and the room looked like from a 24hr motel. My friend had a room on the 7th floor and those were brand new! Beautiful rooms, night and day I would say. We didn’t complain about it we just made the best of it. But next time if I stay there I will request 7th floor or a way better room. FYI they charge for everything if you loose your key if you stain the sheets or towels which they were already lol. If you need and iron they lend it to you for only 2 hours. Other than that it was nice. "

"The staff was very kind, accommodating our family on very short notice after we were unable to leave the country as originally scheduled, due to the recent events in Puerto Vallarta and the state of Jalisco. The hotel itself is quite lovely, with architecture very typical of the colonial style of Puerto Vallarta's central, including a charming courtyard and indoor/outdoor dining area. Our room was well-appointed, with comfortable beds and beautiful saltillo tile floors. From the rooftop deck, you can enjoy great views of the ocean. There are several excellent restaurants nearby, and you are also in walking distance of the Maleón and several beaches."

"This hotel is a hidden gem. Location is perfect at end of Malacon plus across from park where several tours start & area with cultural entertainment weekends for sure & the Huge Saturday market. As for hotel….extremely clean, rooftop patio small pool, excellent beds. More so is the staff who are friendly helpful… especially mention Lilly & Cecilia. During the chaos of Feb 22/2026 staff went above & beyond. Thanks so very much"
