And the dinner prepared by Victor Reina was absolutely amazing—it truly made the evening a unique and unforgettable moment. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. "Staying at the hotel, in a quiet residential neighbor, was a great way experience Jalisco. They layout is unique, interesting and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle chaos at a commercial hotel. The staff, especially Mercedes, are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. I had lost my phone and one the staff drove me back down to the last little convenience store, where I thought I had left it. Unfortunately I had left it in the taxi I had taken back. I did get my phone back from the taxi driver. The walk down isn't extremely far, less than 10 minutes, but it does give your calves a work out. There is a gal that does massages right at the hotel. The view from the rooftop is AMAZING!!!!! Each room is unique, there is shared kitchen, where you can store, cook or reheat food. If I decide to return to Puerto Vallarta this will be the place I will stay!! Thanx to all you for making me feel like part of the family."

"Liz was wonderful and made sure I felt completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. I was originally supposed to stay at my father-in-law’s house, but from the second I got there, everything went wrong. By the time I checked into the Pueblo Hotel, I hadn’t slept in almost two days and hadn’t even had a chance to shower I desperately needed peace. I booked the hotel the same day and arrived just a couple of hours later. While waiting for my room, I was able to relax on their rooftop overlooking the water, and for the first time in days, I could finally take a deep breath. The staff is incredibly attentive; they even let you choose the scent used to clean your room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is also perfect: walking distance to the Malecón, restaurants, and shops. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to reset."
