It was such a thoughtful and meaningful touch. In the adults-only area, Nacho and Rafa were always incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. And the dinner prepared by Victor Reina was absolutely amazing—it truly made the evening a unique and unforgettable moment. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. "Staying at the hotel, in a quiet residential neighbor, was a great way experience Jalisco. They layout is unique, interesting and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle chaos at a commercial hotel. The staff, especially Mercedes, are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. I had lost my phone and one the staff drove me back down to the last little convenience store, where I thought I had left it. Unfortunately I had left it in the taxi I had taken back. I did get my phone back from the taxi driver. The walk down isn't extremely far, less than 10 minutes, but it does give your calves a work out. There is a gal that does massages right at the hotel. The view from the rooftop is AMAZING!!!!! Each room is unique, there is shared kitchen, where you can store, cook or reheat food. If I decide to return to Puerto Vallarta this will be the place I will stay!! Thanx to all you for making me feel like part of the family."
