"Our room was not the best. We had street view without a balcony, the bathroom shower didnt drain properly, and their wasn't a clothes line in the shower, so we had to hang our wet clothes on the back of a chair. Nolberto the bellhop, Gloria dining manager, Jorge and Fausto the pool guys were all AWESOME and made the stay enjoyable, so much so that we could iverlook the minor issues. However check out they said was 11:00 but the confirmation email stated it was 12:00. "

"Lovely loft ! We got the loft one 205 it was better that what I expected! Love the fact that we could get in through the parking lot or the main entrance! Very friendly workers! 100% recommend it. "

"We loved the resort and our time spent there . Room was large and clean . Staff were friendly and welcoming very helpful with any questions. The breakfast and dinner options were excellent! Drinks were good and the overall atmosphere here was great calm and not overwhelming! Only things I’d change the snack shack was lacking warm food. "

"Area was excellent and away from the crowded tourist section .Stairs were a bit challenging but well worth it once you saw the view. In room mini fridge might be an idea."

"Unique, charming hotel. We had a large comfy room with a balcony, by the river so relatively quiet but within walking distance of The Malecon and the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the bartender at pool bar made a good Margherita. Will be back. "
