"Dirty pool. Fridge was only restocked once after asking a few times. Hard to get a lounge chair.drinks were fast at swim up bar. Room temp good."

"This property needs TLC: swimming pools have missing tiles, lounge chairs are old and very uncomfortable if you want comfortable you have to pay $80 dollars a day, building needs paint inside and outside, resort is on a major HWY and you hear the traffic noise all day and night. The restaurants; buffet is marginal, Mexican tocas only, Grill gave me diarrhea, Japanese was excellent! The only nice thing about the stay was the comfortable bed. "

"Went to dinner at Ceilomar. A glass of a basic wine was $50 USD- a glass of wine not a bottle. Outrageous prices for alcohol and water. "

"We booked an ocean view room and unfortunately there was no ocean in sight. The manager said he would take care of it the next day and haven’t heard a single word from the property. Our room had an amazing bathtub,unfortunately it dispensed yellow brownish water. Called the front desk with the issue and am still waiting for an update. We checked daily on the colored water and every time it was horrible. The buffet was another experience with birds landing on the different food areas. The food was sub par adding to the not great experience at this property. The staff was mediocre and not too helpful when ordering from the pool bar ( Raphel ). The one bright employee was Cecilia at the hostess reception desk. She would always smile and be courteous. I honestly hate to discourage people’s opinion for an all inclusive,but this was not good. Do better please !!"

"Extremely expensive, drinks minimum $25, only 1 restaurant and a snack bar. Food was very expensive as well and not very good with very small portions Many hallways the lighting did not work Several staff members were rude"

"Was wonderful! Beautiful new resort. 50 m lap pool which swam a few miles in !!. Wonderful friendly staff, Jeanette was a wonderful host! Thank you Deena and Norm "
