"Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Upon check in, Poli was in constant communication with us and made sure all of our needs were met. Other staff that we really enjoyed Ivan at the pool, Ricardo at Hibachi, Jair at the buffet, David with activities, the staff at the coffee shop, spa, and the pool bar. 10/10 would recommend and cannot wait to come back! "This hotel is pretty nice! The staff were amazing, very welcoming and overall helpful with any requests made. The food was pretty good too. We went during Christmas and the hotel put on an amazing Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners. The family pool was often crowded but that’s to be expected however, the adults only pool was true to the expectation. The pool was a bit dirty but that was overlooked by due to the amazing staff and bartenders. Located right on the beach, this is a really good getaway for solos and family alike! "
