โthe room was clean, staff were super helpful,
itโs not in historical center Plaza de Armas but itโs just 7 mins walk on rather steel street.
But the staff is super excellence, they made sure you got help when needed.
i wish there were more amenities in the room, such glass, boiler to make tea, soap in dispenser etc, although provide it for free at the lobbyโ
โWas fantastic hotel. Room was really huge and clean. Bed was comfortable. Location to access market san pedro, plaza was very convenient. Also, people all were very professional and kind. One of best hotels I ever visited all around the world. I want to recommend this hotel to whoever has plan to visit to cusco, especially with family members.

All the staff were very kind and really helpful. We brought our own food and kitchen staff was so kind to let us use microwave whenever we needed!
The location was amazing, walking distance to most of places.
We stayed in triple room and it was spacious enough for three and was maintained clean, tidy all the time by cleaning staffs.
One thing maybe we can suggest is to put few hangers in the room so that it is more convenient for people to hang their jackets or...
