Also, during our entire 3-day stay, our room was never cleaned, which was very frustrating and unacceptable. We expected much better service and attention to guests. "We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful manager when we checked in. The lobby is very clean and beautiful. The bar and restaurant were staff were very polite and efficient. Food and drinks were delicious! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but could use an updating and painting refresh. But our stay was very nice and I would recommend this hotel."

"If you are allergic to a cat, there is a lot of cats… I booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, the front desk couldn’t find my reservation and insisted on creating a new one with my card. After much insistence, they located it but had no room ready, forcing me to wait. Placed in a room with a strong urine smell (likely dog) in the bathroom. No room number signs in the hallway, and the same odor was in the main first-floor bathroom. No Wi-Fi password provided. Breakfast was okay. Photos on Expedia were misleading. Not sure if I’d return."

"The check in process was quite smooth, the lady at the front desk was quite informative. The room was nice, could of been a little more clean. Our overall stay was quite relaxing, would definitely stay here again. The kitchen is fully supplied with cookware just no lids for frying pans and only one baking sheet."
