“We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and always had a great time. But this time the room only had 2 towels, for 4 people. I tried to call to ask for 2 more but the phone didn't work. So I had to go down to the front desk and I waited in line for 45 mins because there was only 1 person at the desk helping other people. Also the pool was closed for cleaning the entire day we were there but it never said that on the website when we booked the room. My kids were excited to swim but...
